We are seeking an Inside Project Manager to lead the submittal and procurement phase of projects. This role is vital for managing the post-award submittal process and directing the ordering of materials for high-end metal and ACM wall systems. You will perform accurate takeoffs, collaborate with the in-house Drafter to review shop drawings, and conduct occasional site visits to evaluate field conditions. Responsibilities

• Lead the post-award submittal process to ensure shop drawings and technical data meet project specifications before delivery to the design team and General Contractor.
• Perform accurate takeoffs and interpret architectural plans to maintain a deep understanding of project scope and provide backup support during the bidding process.
• Direct the ordering of materials to remain in compliance with project schedules.
• Collaborate with the in-house Drafter to review shop drawings and flashing details to ensure they reflect the original bid and specific field requirements.
• Conduct occasional site visits to evaluate field conditions, providing feedback to the office and installation teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating is required to successfully perform takeoffs and project analysis.
• Previous experience in exterior metal wall panels and/or ACM panels.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural plans.
• Experience using digital takeoff software such as PlanSwift, OST, or QuickBid and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
