Responsibilities
We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with 5–7 years of experience to maintain and repair industrial machinery, mechanical equipment, and facility structures. This role requires a versatile professional capable of performing work across multiple craft disciplines to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair & Reassembly: Dismantle equipment to remove defective parts using hoists and cranes; repair and reassemble using hand/power tools.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute PM schedules (inspecting drives, motors, belts; changing filters; lubricating gears) to prevent system deterioration.
- Diagnostics: Test and operate machinery to diagnose malfunctions using precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.
- Systems Support: Install and repair electrical components, wiring, pipe systems, and plumbing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of work performed, including parts used and repair costs.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Experience: 5–7 years in industrial maintenance.
- Technical: strong knowledge of machine design, tools, engineering science, and production quality control.
- Competencies: High-level problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise independent judgment under general supervision.
