As a 2nd Shift TIG Welder, you will be a vital part of our specialized production team in Chaska, responsible for the precision assembly of industrial-grade heat exchangers. This isn't a high-speed assembly line where you’re a cog in a machine—this is a craftsmanship-heavy role where you will work on diverse, custom-engineered projects.
You’ll spend your shift working primarily with Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel, executing clean, high-pressure welds that must meet rigorous quality standards. Because our coils come in all shapes and sizes, you’ll need to be versatile, often maneuvering into challenging positions to perform overhead welding.
