The Opportunity:
- Strategic Oversight: Execute end-to-end warehouse operations, from inbound receiving to "last-mile" accuracy.
- Tech-Forward Leadership: Leverage advanced WMS data to drive 99.9% inventory accuracy and labor efficiency.
- Safety Advocacy: Cultivate a culture where "Safety First" is a lived value, not just a poster on the wall.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies to shave seconds off cycle times and dollars off the bottom line.
- 2+ years of progressive leadership in a high-volume DC or warehouse environment.
- Deep expertise in WMS platforms (SAP, Manhattan, or similar).
- A track record of reducing turnover through active mentorship and engagement.
- Experienced financial acumen (P&L management and labor forecasting).
