Responsibilities

• Review job instructions and delegate tasks to team members based on priorities and strengths.
• Work closely with management to meet production targets and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Check products and packaging to confirm they meet quality and safety requirements.
• Supervise and support hourly staff, including training, enforcing safety practices, and following procedures.
• Clearly communicate and uphold all company and food safety standards in line with regulations.
• Adjust workflows and priorities as needed to stay on schedule.
• Evaluate production processes and suggest improvements to boost efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Propose and apply changes to work conditions or equipment use to improve productivity and team performance.
• Address workplace issues by investigating concerns and providing guidance to employees.
