Responsibilities

• Spend most of the time (about 90–95%) on the production floor coaching, training, and developing team members while working to improve processes.
• Oversee hourly staff to make sure they are well-trained and consistently follow safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Clearly communicate and uphold safety rules to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Evaluate production processes and identify ways to improve efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Look for opportunities to increase productivity by adjusting work conditions or optimizing how equipment is used.
• Address and resolve workplace issues by supporting employees and guiding them through problem-solving.
• Work closely with Line Leads and operators to check materials, equipment, and machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
