- Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production
- Solid leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Interpret job order specifications and assign tasks accordingly
- Partner with management to meet production goals and customer deadlines
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Lead, coach, and supervise hourly employees, ensuring proper training and compliance
- Enforce company safety policies and food safety regulations
- Adjust workflows and priorities to meet changing production demands
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality
- Investigate and resolve workplace issues while supporting team members
- Maintain accurate production records and employee timekeeping
- Collaborate with Line Leads and operators to ensure readiness of materials and equipment
- Communicate production updates, workforce needs, and equipment status to management
- Monitor compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards
- Assign daily tasks and provide ongoing feedback and performance management
