- Role: Class A Machinist (Senior Level)
- The Gear: Take command of Okuma Multus B300 and B400 platforms.
- The Tech: Utilize Okuma’s IGF and CAM software (Mastercam/Fusion 360).

- Technical Fluency: Expert-level blueprint reading, GD&T mastery, and aerospace standards.
- Tooling Expertise: Independent ability to select tooling and troubleshoot surface finish or vibration issues.
- Leadership: A proactive problem-solver who values 5S/Lean principles and documentation.

- Innovate: Partner with Engineering on DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and develop new part strategies.
- Quality Control: Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks using high-end inspection tools.
- Mentor: Share your mastery by coaching Class B and C machinists on best practices and troubleshooting.
