The Rewards

- Inventory Strategy: Maintain high-level inventory integrity, overseeing cycle counts and resolving discrepancies within our specialty stock.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean strategies to streamline picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all safety standards and that the team is trained on proper equipment operation and hardware handling.
- Proven Leader: You have solid experience as a Supervisor or Operations Manager in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Detail-Oriented: You understand that with precision-machined parts, the details matter. You have a "zero-error" mindset.
- Problem Solver: You can think on your feet to resolve logistical hurdles and keep the team moving.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication Pro: You can effectively bridge the gap between the warehouse floor and upper management.
