The Role We are looking for a reliable, motivated Shipping Coordinator to join our warehouse team. If you are someone who shows up on time, brings a positive attitude, and is ready to work, you are 95% of the way there. We provide the environment; you provide the hustle!
What You’ll Do
- Inventory Entry: Use internal software to accurately enter incoming products into stock.
- Logistics Prep: Generate and print essential shipping documents and carrier labels.
- Physical Handling: Regularly lift and move boxes averaging 20–30 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 50 lbs.
- Coordinate: Use clear communication to work with the team and ensure shipments go out on time.
- The "Show Up" Factor: Reliability is our #1 requirement.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using PCs and shipping software.
- Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with teammates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the weight requirements listed above throughout the shift.
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- The Big Bonus: Upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire, you will receive a $7.31/hr raise, bringing your rate to $25.31/hr.
