Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions on production machinery.
  
  
• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and hydraulic schematics.
  
  
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM tasks and maintain accurate digital/physical service records.
  
  
• Infrastructure Support: Oversee general property upkeep, including grounds maintenance and seasonal needs.
  
  
• Technical Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical components, building systems, and industrial machinery.
  
  
• Utility Systems: Assist in the operation and monitoring of boilers, chillers, air compressors, and cooling towers.
  
  
• Electrical & Facilities: Perform minor electrical installs and general facility improvements as assigned.

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 4 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
