Position Type: Long-term Contract
Are you looking for a steady, long-term role in a clean, seated production environment? We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team in Londonderry. In this role, you will perform precision benchwork to build night vision goggles for military applications.
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Work Schedule: 4/10s (Monday – Thursday) — Enjoy a 3-day weekend!
- Overtime: Expected and available based on production needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Bench Assembly: Perform intricate tasks including wiring, component installation, and small wire harnessing.
- Technical Hand-Work: Use skilled hand techniques or automated equipment for hand soldering and adhesive application.
- Blueprints & Compliance: Read and follow established methods and sequences to ensure all units meet exact blueprint specifications.
- Quality Focus: Work under magnification to ensure tolerances are met and components are bonded correctly.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome!).
- Citizenship: Must be a US Person or US Citizen (due to ITAR/Military contract requirements).
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy to navigate production software.
- Experience handling small parts and applying adhesives.
- Previous experience performing work under a microscope or magnification lens.
