Schedule & Training
- Work Schedule: 4/10’s (Monday – Thursday)
- Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Overtime: Expected once approved
- Training Period: 2–3 weeks on 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday, starting at 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM)
Essential Functions
- Precision Assembly: Assemble subassemblies following detailed work instructions and procedures.+1
- Soldering: Perform assembly primarily using soldering techniques, making setups and adjustments to blueprint specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct continuous visual inspections for defects and perform functional tests/cleaning at prescribed intervals.+1
- Technical Compliance: Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives; apply basic math for weights and measurements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate data and record-keeping; report any deviations from standards to the appropriate resource.+1
- Safety & Ethics: Maintain a clean work area and comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s Degree with 0–2 years of experience.
- Certification: Current or recent IPC J-STD-001 Solder certification is required (entry-level soldering).
- Ability to complete assembly of complex, small components with high quality and efficiency.
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- US Person or US Citizenship is required.
