We are seeking a Skilled Cutter Operator to join a high-performing Bindery Department. If you have a sharp eye for detail and the technical expertise to handle high-volume production with surgical accuracy, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities
- Precision Finishing: Set up and operate large-scale industrial paper cutters to produce high-quality print products, ensuring all jobs meet strict customer specifications and deadlines.
- Technical Maintenance: Perform routine daily, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance to ensure machinery remains in peak operational condition.
- Documentation: Utilize internal MIS (Management Information Systems) to track data, maintain accurate production logs, and ensure workflow transparency.
- Quality Control: Adhere to rigorous ISO-certified quality standards, completing necessary checklists and following standardized work instructions for every project.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Manager and cross-shift team members to communicate job specifics and ensure seamless hand-offs.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience operating industrial paper cutters (Polar, Saber, or similar computerized systems) within a commercial print environment.
