The Compensation & Perks
- Pay Range: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience).

- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of residential HVAC systems.
- Work heavily with Central AC, Split Systems, and Condensers/Outdoor Units.
- Provide top-tier customer service; you are the face of the company in our clients' homes.
- Travel throughout Nassau County and select areas of Suffolk County (No NYC routes!).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an HVAC Technician.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of residential AC systems and split systems is a must.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Boilers and Hydronics is a major plus but not required.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a clean, customer-first attitude.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (to operate the company van)
