About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to serve as the final line of defense in ensuring the packaging products exceed customer expectations. You will be a key player in the quality department, responsible for everything from raw material inbound inspections to final product approval. Responsibilities
- Inspections: Perform incoming inspections on raw materials and finished goods, and conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) for new product introductions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records in MasterControl, including discrepant material reports and rejection reports for the purchasing department.
- Training & Support: Provide training to personnel on measurement instruments and quality alerts, while supporting the management of customer complaints and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
