Responsibilities
Your primary objective is to minimize downtime and optimize machinery performance across the entire facility.
- Preventative & Scheduled Maintenance: Execute routine PM tasks and scheduled machinery overhauls to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
- Rapid Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns; diagnose root causes and implement effective repairs.
- Component Repair: Replace or repair worn parts, motors, and control devices using machine shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Technical Interpretation: Utilize schematics and mechanical drawings to navigate complex machine rebuilds, including gearboxes and motors.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a pristine work area and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and work rules to protect yourself and your teammates.
