- Repair & Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
- Preventative Care: Perform routine PM procedures on electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnostics: Use multi-meters and infrared scanning equipment to identify and resolve faults.
- Documentation: Track and log all repair work and completed work orders accurately.
- Collaboration: Work alongside contractors and production personnel to minimize operational impact during repairs.
- Safety & Organization: Adhere to Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean 5S work environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency (HSED/GED).
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment with a background in mid-to-high level break-fix repairs.
- Technical Skills: * Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and technical manuals.
- aptitude in industrial mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.
- Personal Attributes: A sense of urgency when machines are down and the ability to work effectively without supervision.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Physical Demands: Includes lifting up to 50lbs, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
- Environment: Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate-to-loud noise levels.
- Compliance: You will ensure all work meets ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

Responsibilities
Repair of production equipment from basic hydraulic equipment to complex CNC machinery, performing both
electrical and mechanical work.
Inspects condition of equipment and components for proper maintenance under warranty agreements.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures on a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical
equipment and production systems.
Identify faulty equipment and acquire parts and equipment to complete repairs.
Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
Ability to use electrical/electronic diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters, infrared scanning equipment and other
tools as necessary for servicing applicable equipment.
Work with contractors and other maintenance personnel if necessary to ensure repairs are made properly and with
minimum impact on operations.
Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with Production personnel as to important steps taken, parts
ordered, and time estimated until completion.
Orders replacement components and parts as needed.
Tracks and logs repair work and completed work orders.
Cleans and maintains work areas and shop equipment.
Adhere to Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements.
