Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of manufacturing and fulfillment center.
- Implement and refine Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and increase throughput.
- Manage facility capacity planning to handle high-volume seasonal spikes without compromising turnaround times.
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure 100% material availability for custom orders with minimal carrying costs.
- Oversee logistics and shipping partnerships to ensure cost-effective, sustainable, and damage-free delivery.
- Directly manage production supervisors and lead a team of 50+ production associates
