Competitive Pay & Growth
- No PCB Experience: $19.00 – $20.00/hr starting rate.
- Experienced PCB Pros: $24.00/hr+ (Negotiable based on your background).
- Specialty Skills: Higher starting rates for those with metal, chrome, or zinc plating experience (e.g., Zimmerman Metal).
- Stability: This is a career-track role with full benefits included—more stable than typical temp work!
We are primarily hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts, but we invest in your success by providing training on the earlier shifts first.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Initial training shift).
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Supervisors on-site to train).
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Goal shift for many locations).
- Note: You will likely train on 1st shift for approximately two months before transitioning to your permanent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
- Experience: Any PCB or electronics manufacturing experience is a huge plus. If you’ve worked for other circuit manufacturers in the area, we want to talk to you!
- Compliance: Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder (due to ITAR regulations).
- Background: Must be able to pass a background check (No drug screen required).
- Resume: Please ensure your resume is updated with your most recent PCB or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities
You will be cross-trained across multiple stations to find your "best fit" department. Key responsibilities include:
- Production Support: Operating machinery and manual stations used in the fabrication of circuit boards.
- Quality Control: Inspecting components to ensure they meet strict industry standards.
- Specialized Processes: (Depending on experience) Handling metal, chrome, or zinc plating procedures OR Micro-assembly for example
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with shift supervisors to meet daily output goals.
