We are looking for a reliable and versatile Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This is a high-energy role that requires a "team-first" attitude—while equipment operation is your primary focus, you’ll be an integral part of the overall warehouse flow, stepping in wherever needed to get the job done.

Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday) Pay: $20.00/hr Overtime: Must be flexible for mandatory OT and occasional Saturdays as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Expertly operate Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) to move inventory safely.
  
  
• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick orders and prepare them for shipment.
  
  
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with the manual loading and unloading of trailers.
  
  
• Pallet Prep: Wrap pallets securely and stage them for outbound transport.
  
  
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience with both Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks.
  
  
• Work Ethic: Solid attendance record and a dependable, hardworking mindset.
  
  
• Team Player: Willingness to perform manual warehouse duties outside of forklift operation.
  
  
• Safety Gear: Steel-toed boots are strictly required.
  
  
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with continuous movement, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
