Are you mechanically inclined and a natural problem solver? We are seeking an observant, detail-oriented individual to operate large-scale mailing equipment for a fast-paced financial processing center. In this role, you will act as the final line of defense to ensure sensitive documents are accurate before they reach our customers. You will analyze machine output, troubleshoot technical jams in real-time, and manage work queues in a deadline-driven environment. No prior experience is required—we are looking for someone with an analytical mind who can handle complex processes with precision.



salary: $19 - $19.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates the inserter machine and other department equipment and associated computer systems.
• Monitors and troubleshoots machine during its operation for any errors and quality of the final product.
• Accurately fills out production reports, enters charge-back information, and records quality issues. 
• Keeps legible, accurate and complete records of each assignment.
• Provides appropriate maintenance to inserters during and at the end of each assignment.
• Cleans work area and equipment prior to, during, and at the end of each assignment.
• Prepares and enters mail to the United States Postal Service (USPS) in accordance with USPS standards and rates.  
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
