- Technical Specialty: Proven hands-on expertise with Man Roland/Heidelberg presses and Bobst die cutters.
- Electrical Foundation: strong background in industrial electrical systems and ability to read schematics.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
The core responsibilities for this role include:
- Equipment Upkeep: Performing high-level repair and maintenance on professional printing presses, specifically Man Roland or Heidelberg models, and Bobst die-cutting equipment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Managing and executing preventative maintenance (PM) programs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicating effectively with external vendors to troubleshoot proprietary equipment and coordinating specialized third-party repairs.
- Documentation: Organizing and meticulously maintaining records for all PM activities and emergency repairs.
- Inventory & Scheduling: Identifying and ordering critical replacement parts and managing the schedules for external maintenance activities.
- Operational Continuity: Participating in a rotating schedule to ensure maximum press coverage and reliability.
- Safety & Organization: Maintaining a clean, organized shop and adhering to manufacturing best practices and safety standards.
