Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to address equipment needs and improve efficiency
- Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery and equipment
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased equipment reliability
