Are you a proactive driver who takes pride in efficiency and top-tier customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our Londonderry team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring electrical supplies reach customers safely while supporting our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Route Logistics: Plan the most efficient routes and load your vehicle strategically.
- Documentation: Generate manifests, record transactions, and scan signed tickets into the system daily.
- Vehicle Care: Perform pre/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance; report any repair needs immediately.
- Customer Service: Obtain signatures, process returns, and relay customer feedback to the sales team.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with inventory counts, loading/unloading, and general maintenance when not on the road.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Licensing: Non-CDL position; however, a DOT Medical Card is required.
- Safety Gear: Must have and wear steel-toe shoes.
- Tools: Must provide your own cell phone for communication with customers and the office.
- Physicality: Ability to load/unload delivery vehicles and perform general warehouse labor.
