Key Responsibilities

• Maintain & Repair: Keep production equipment running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  
  
• Planning: Develop and follow both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Inventory Control: Manage the maintenance department’s tools and spare parts inventory with precision.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide "all-hands-on-deck" assistance to departments associated with our product to ensure operational success.
  
  
• Safety & Logistics: Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment safely across the facility.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
  
  
• Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks.

• Safety: We provide all necessary PPE (masks, glasses, gloves).
  
  
• Requirement: Candidates must provide their own steel-toe shoes.

Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency repairs on production machinery. Apply knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  
  
• Operational Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance execution plans, including both preventive (proactive) and corrective (reactive) measures.
  
  
• Inventory & Tool Management: Maintain strict control over spare parts inventory and tool organization to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Logistics Support: Operate forklifts safely to move equipment, parts, or materials as required.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Support: Maintain full availability to assist associated departments with various tasks to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
  
  
• Departmental Growth: Actively participate in the evolution of the maintenance department; if you aren’t an expert in a specific area (like welding or electrical), you must be willing to assist and learn from others.
  
  

Physical Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
  
  
• Technical Proficiency: Prior experience in industrial maintenance is required.
  
  
• Certification: Previous experience operating a forklift is mandatory.
  
  
• Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while following the guidance of the Operations Manager.
