Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams for stock maintenance.
- Oversee order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, fostering teamwork and a strong work ethic.
- Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Guide and coach staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure adequate staffing.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies, loss, and damages.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data and generate stock reports.
- Continuously evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analysis and metrics to drive process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Implement safety protocols, conduct training, and maintain documentation.
