salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive quality inspections, including First Article (FAI), in-process, and setup evaluations
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and optical comparators
- Interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints using knowledge of GD&T
- CMM experience a plus
- Manage calibration programs using GageTrak, ensuring all tools remain within certified operating standards.
- Document and maintain quality records, reporting inspection results and non-conformances
- Train and mentor inspection staff
- Partner with cross-functional production teams to troubleshoot quality issues
