Responsibilities

The Role: What You’ll Do

As our Press Brake expert, you won't just be pushing buttons. You’ll be the technical backbone of our fabrication department:

• Setup & Execute: Perform complex setups on CNC Press Brakes using various نفسی (multi-stage) tooling setups.
  
  
• Blueprint Mastery: Interpret intricate technical drawings and flat patterns to determine bend sequences and tolerances.
  
  
• Quality Control: Conduct first-article inspections and periodic checks using calipers, protractors, and height gauges to ensure 100% accuracy.
  
  
• Material Savvy: Adjust for springback and material thickness variations across aluminum, stainless, and carbon steel.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

• The 5-Year Mark: You have at least 5 years of professional experience specifically operating and setting up CNC Press Brakes (Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar).
  
  
• Mathematical Precision: developed shop math skills and a deep understanding of bend allowances and deductions.
  
  
• Independence: You can take a job traveler and a pile of blanks and turn them into finished components with minimal supervision.
  
  
• Reliability: A "get it right the first time" mentality.
