Join the Dellner team in Roseville, CA, as an Assembly Technician to help build and overhaul world-class train connection systems. We are looking for dependable team players with 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience who can interpret complex technical drawings and use various power tools. In this role, you will perform electro-mechanical assembly, conduct pre-delivery testing, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to strict safety and DOT compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Electro-Mechanical Assembly: Perform precision assembly of train systems based on complex technical drawings.
  
  Overhaul & Repair: Clean, disassemble, and repair train connection products according to customer orders.
  
  
• Quality Testing: Conduct pre-delivery testing and document all results and repairs in the ITC-list.
  
  
• Safety Compliance: Prioritize workplace safety and adhere to DOT drug and alcohol compliance regulations.
  
  
• Logistics Support: Assist with receiving, shipping, and picking materials to maintain accurate inventory control.
  
  
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace using 5S standards and perform basic equipment upkeep.
  
  
• System Documentation: Report labor hours in the ERP system and maintain legible, accurate records.
  
  
  
  
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with colleagues and participate in process improvement initiatives.
