We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support our evening production. You will ensure the reliability of specialized metal manufacturing machinery through a mix of reactive repairs and proactive preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Technical Interpretation: Utilize electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and PLC ladder logic.
- Systems Maintenance: Manage conduit installation, copper soldering, and HVAC/refrigerant systems.
- CMMS Management: Document work orders, parts usage, and hours via computerized systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with production teams to calibrate equipment to manufacturing specs.
- Mechanical & Electrical: Expert knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems and PLC troubleshooting/modifications.
- Specialized Skills: Hands-on experience with HVAC, industrial wiring, and clutch/brake systems.
- Shift Independence: Ability to work autonomously on late shifts with high urgency.
- Preferred: Experience in metal fabrication environments and failure analysis.

- Collaboration: Work alongside production teams to calibrate equipment and ensure all machinery meets manufacturing specs.
- Mechanical Mastery: strong knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems, clutch/brake systems, and timing belt replacement/adjustment.
- Electrical Proficiency: Ability to troubleshoot and make basic modifications to PLC ladder logic and handle industrial wiring.
- Specialized Repair: Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and refrigerant handling.
- Shift Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously on late shifts with a high sense of urgency.
- Background: Experience in fabrication-heavy environments and failure analysis is preferred.
