- CNC Mastery: Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machining centers, mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Systems Technical Support: Install and maintain electrical apparatus, servo systems, transformers, and electronic components.
- Total Facility Care: Manage general building maintenance, including minor construction, painting, and troubleshooting infrastructure.
- Equipment Reliability: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists.
- Safety & Documentation: Document all maintenance and regulatory activities to ensure peak safety and efficiency.
- 2–7 years of experience in CNC tool machine and facilities maintenance (both electrical and mechanical).
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
- System Knowledge: Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing diagnostics.
- Automation Skills: Familiarity with PLCs, ladder logic, and parametric programming is a major plus.
- General Trades: Knowledge of welding, fabrication, carpentry, and electrical wiring.
