Responsibilities
- Leading daily inspection activities for tire assembly operations and providing mentorship to the quality team.
- Serving as the primary quality contact for production and engineering departments.
- Overseeing in-process, final, and incoming inspections while reviewing results to identify trends.
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) efforts.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF quality management systems and supporting various audits.
- Assisting with PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and SPC implementation to drive continuous improvement.
