Shift: Night Shift (Initial Training on Day Shift)
Our client is looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team! We pride ourselves on a hardworking, team-oriented culture where every member plays a vital role. We are currently passively seeking talent who are looking for a long-term career home.
The Opportunity: This is a direct-hire position. To set you up for success, you will receive hands-on training on the Day Shift to learn our specific machinery, safety protocols, and quality standards. Once training is complete, you will transition to your permanent role on the Night Shift.
What You’ll Do: * Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality metal products.
- Actively participate in training to master facility workflows.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production goals.
- Able to lift 20–50 pounds frequently and stand for the duration of a shift in a production environment.
- Available to complete training on days before moving to nights.
- Excited to tour our facility firsthand to ensure a great cultural fit.
salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 5 PM - 2:30 AM
education: High School

Training & Schedule To ensure your success, you will undergo comprehensive training on the Day Shift to master our processes and safety standards. Upon completion, you will transition to your permanent role on the Night Shift.
