Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Availability: Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs on all equipment to maximize production and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Repairs: Execute hands-on repairs and replacements on faulty machinery.
- Safety: Strictly follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
- Documentation: Clear logging of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Communication: Must read, write, and speak English fluently to collaborate with teams and follow directions.
- Efficiency: Ability to stay productively busy and manage tasks without direct supervision.
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Technical degree/certification preferred.
- Skills: mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Tool Usage: Expert proficiency with power tools and industrial equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on accuracy.
- Stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitively stoop, bend, climb, crawl, and kneel for extended periods.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment (noise, heat, and dust).

Responsibilities
The following is a listing of the role and responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech. This is not an all-inclusive list. Additional responsibilities may be added as needed. • Must be able to follow and give / directions and follow all safety rules and regulations • Must be able to communicate well with others • Must be able to read and write English • Must be able to work overtime. • Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency to minimize downtime and maximize production • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to identify and repair issues quickly • Perform repairs and replacements on faulty equipment and machinery • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Collaborate with other departments to ensure production goals are met • Document all maintenance and repairs performed on equipment • Must stay productively busy without supervision. • Know how to properly use power tools and power equipment
