In this role, you will perform daily QC testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods to ensure every product meets rigorous specifications. You will also manage data entry in SAP to maintain traceability and uphold high standards for safety and environmental compliance.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Testing & Release: Perform daily QC tasks for raw materials and provide timely in-process and final release testing to support manufacturing.
- Compliance: Maintain all safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards within the QC lab.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and perform data entry into SAP.
- Collaboration: Review analytical data and work effectively within a team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in analytical chemistry, primarily in a lab setting.
- Technical Skills: strong command of lab procedures; proficiency in Excel, Word, and Teams. SAP experience is preferred.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a professional manner.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE and working safely in a chemical manufacturing environment.
