We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician specializing in John Deere equipment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and fleet management of a wide range of John Deere machinery (agricultural, construction, or turf care). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep technical understanding of Deere systems and a proven track record of minimizing equipment downtime.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain failures on John Deere equipment.
  
  
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and calibrations according to manufacturer specifications.
  
  
• Precision Software Use: Utilize John Deere Service ADVISOR™ and other proprietary diagnostic software to identify faults, update controllers, and optimize machine performance.
  
  
• Engine & Component Rebuilds: Overhaul and rebuild diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic pumps as required.
  
  
• Field & Shop Service: Conduct repairs both in our state-of-the-art service bay and out in the field, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
  
  
• Documentation: Accurately document all repairs, parts used, labor hours, and diagnostic findings in our service management system.
