Maximize Your Week Looking for a schedule that gives you your weekdays back? We are hiring 6 Assembly Line Associates for our specialized weekend shift. You’ll work three 12-hour shifts, leaving you four full days off every week to handle school, family, or personal projects—all while earning a steady paycheck and performance-based raises.
Your Day-to-Day Working with high-demand 3M products, your primary mission is speed and accuracy. This is a high-energy role where the clock moves fast:
- Manual Assembly: Count out the exact number of 3M components for various kits.
- Fast-Paced Packaging: Place items into final packaging with a focus on neatness and precision.
- Target Goals: Meet hourly production quotas to help the team hit shipping deadlines.
- Quality First: Ensure every package leaving the line meets the gold standard of the 3M brand.
- Weekend Commitment: Ability to work the full Friday through Sunday schedule consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Precise Component Counting: Accurately count out specific quantities of various 3M items (e.g., Command hooks, tapes, or industrial fasteners) to ensure package integrity.
- High-Speed Manual Assembly: Manually place items into designated packaging, bins, or kits while keeping pace with a moving assembly line.
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect products and packaging for defects, damages, or incorrect counts before they move to the final shipping stage.
- Packaging & Sealing: Securely close, seal, or label packages according to specific project requirements.
- Station Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials to prevent line downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all facility safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure environment for the whole team.
- Production Reporting: Communicate with supervisors regarding progress, count discrepancies, or mechanical issues on the line.
- Repetitive Task Management: Maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the 12-hour shift.
