What You’ll Do
- Inspect & Test: Conduct pressure tests and inspections on machined, fabricated, electrical, and composite parts.
- Process Components: Inspect and track specialized bladders from production through final assembly and dispatch.
- Track Data: Log inspected parts and serial numbers into our ERP system and Excel.
- Collaborate: Perform "buddy checks" across engineering/moulding and manage non-conformance reports.
- Measure: Use hand and electronic metrology equipment to verify parts.
- Experience: 1+ years of professional quality inspection experience.
- Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and use metrology tools.
- Attributes: Expert-level attention to detail and communication skills.
- Physical: Ability to stand 6–8 hours a day and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Bonus: ISO9001 knowledge or industry standards (like FIA regulations). Internal training provided for ERP and regulations.
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and pressure tests on manufactured, machined, and composite parts.
- Inspect, mark, and process specialized bladders from production through to final assembly and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate quality records and part labels within the ERP system and MS Excel logs.
- Perform "buddy checks" across the engineering, moulding, and final assembly departments.
- Use hand and electronic metrology equipment to check quality control parts.
- Generate detailed inspection reports for items requiring First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Document and escalate product non-conformances and maintain critical QMS logs.
- Assess customer-returned products to determine needs for repair or recertification.
- Track and record daily production testing and non-conforming activities against worksheets.
