Responsibilities
- Manage inventory movement, including stocking, pulling, and tracking parts while maintaining accurate records in inventory systems.
- Perform quality control inspections and required metrology on incoming and outgoing parts.
- Conduct discrepancy dispositioning: identify, segregate, and resolve issues with “red tag” parts by collaborating with engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Process outgoing clean and repair parts, ensuring proper parameters, vendor requirements, part codes, pricing, warranty compliance, and contamination controls are met.
- Coordinate with Security/Setti officers to accurately import and export parts by verifying serial numbers against documentation.
- Use spreadsheets, inventory databases, and other tools to collect, evaluate, and report quality and supply chain data.
- Follow and help improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleaning, repair, quality, and material handling.
- Support engineers with setup, system support, failure analysis, and process adjustments as needed.
- Maintain full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

C - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
B - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
D - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday from 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
