Descripción del Puesto Buscamos un Operador de Maquinaria comprometido, detallista y con un alto enfoque en la seguridad para unirse a nuestro equipo de proyectos de infraestructura. No solo buscamos a alguien que sepa mover el equipo, sino a un profesional que entienda la importancia del cuidado preventivo y la eficiencia operativa.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Operación Técnica: Manejo experto de [Tipo de Máquina, ej: Excavadora CAT 320] cumpliendo con los estándares de productividad.
  
  
• Mantenimiento Preventivo: Realizar inspecciones diarias (check-list) y asegurar el engrase y limpieza del equipo.
  
  
• Seguridad: Evaluar el entorno de trabajo y mitigar riesgos antes de iniciar maniobras.
  
  
• Control Administrativo: Registro preciso de horómetros, reportes de combustible y partes de trabajo diarios.
  
  
• Comunicación: Coordinación directa con el equipo de obra y supervisores para asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega.

Responsibilities

1. Responsabilidad Operativa y Técnica

Es el núcleo del trabajo. El operador es el custodio de un activo de alto valor (la máquina).

• Inspección Pre-operacional: Realizar el check-list diario (niveles de aceite, refrigerante, estado de orugas/llantas y sistemas hidráulicos).
  
  
• Operación Eficiente: Manipular la máquina dentro de sus límites de diseño (curvas de carga, ángulos de inclinación) para evitar el desgaste prematuro.
  
  
• Mantenimiento de Primer Nivel: Limpieza de cabina, engrase de puntos clave y reporte inmediato de fallas mecánicas o ruidos inusuales.
  
  
• Precisión en la Tarea: Ejecutar los niveles, excavaciones o movimientos de carga según los planos y estacas marcadas por topografía.
