Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems, industrial machinery, and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical failures, including control panels, motor starters, and basic PLC systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with the broader facilities and production teams to optimize plant efficiency.
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (NH license required, dual MA/NH is a plus).
- background in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, and AC/DC drives is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot under pressure.
- Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
