What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily plant operations, optimize production schedules, and ensure efficiency targets are met.
• Lead Process Improvement: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Cultivate Talent: Lead, train, and mentor employees across the operation, building a strong, cohesive, and accountable team.
• Lead by Example: Maintain a strong "roll-up-your-sleeves" presence on the production floor, balancing high-level strategy with tactical execution.
