Compensation & Perks
- Building Engineer: $31.00+ / hour
- Senior Maintenance Tech: $21.00 - $26.00 / hour

- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
- Oversee and inspect work performed by third-party contractors.
- Scope repairs, estimate time/materials, and order parts to minimize downtime.
- Run proactive PMs to optimize building automation and efficiency.
- Required: Advanced, hands-on experience in commercial electrical and plumbing.
- Required: Valid driver’s license (clean record) and HS diploma/GED.
- Required: Ability to pass a standard engineering aptitude test.
- Preferred: Commercial HVAC experience, Universal CFC/EPA, or chiller experience.

Key Responsibilities
- System Mastery: Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot critical commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Serve as the on-site point of contact to oversee, direct, and inspect work performed by third-party contractors, ensuring it meets high standards.
- Project Ownership: Scope out repairs, estimate time/materials, and efficiently order parts to minimize building downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Run proactive diagnostic checks and routine repairs to optimize building automation and energy efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment by adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
