Compensation: $30.00 - $39.00+ / hour + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities
- HVAC Operations: Operate and maintain large commercial systems, including 290-ton Trane chillers and large rooftop units.
- System Mastery: Inspect and repair critical building systems, including advanced electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire/life safety.
- Preventative Maintenance: Run diagnostic checks, clean coils, and optimize building automation systems.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and inspect work performed by third-party mechanical contractors.
- Advanced, hands-on commercial building or industrial HVAC experience (chillers required).
- Ability to pass a standard engineering/HVAC technical aptitude test.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred: Universal EPA/CFC Certification; HVAC/Mechanical trade degree.
