What You'll Do:
- Program 3 & 4-axis CNC mills/lathes with live tooling using ESPRIT TNG.
- Set up, run, and document complex R&D prototype jobs.
- Teach and mentor junior programmers to elevate shop performance.
- Partner with management to ensure tight schedules and high quality.
- 10+ years of full-time CNC prototyping/R&D experience.
- Expert ESPRIT TNG programming skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities
- Review drawings, instructions, prints, or samples and ensure the optimal process to produce part/ parts in a timely manner
- Ability and willingness to create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process drawings, and tool sheets
- Accurately record machining times and set up times
- Teach and mentor junior programmers to improve overall shop knowledge and performance
- Assist other team members in performance of maintenance and/or repairs as appropriate
- Ability to program 3 and 4 axis CNC mills and lathes with live tooling utilizing ESPRIT TNG
- Ability to set up, adjust, and edit machines and programs
