Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the maritime industry,
including ship owners, operators, agents, vendors, and crew members.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on
provisions, deck and engine supplies, safety equipment, and bonded items.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and
satisfaction.
Keep track of inventory and provide feedback on product availability and stock levels.
Stay up to date on the latest maritime regulations and trends related to maritime
provisions, safety equipment, and bonded goods.
Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
and accurate fulfillment of orders.
