A leading manufacturing company in Suffolk County, NY is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented OEM Parts & Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries and quotes via phone and email while coordinating with our inventory and shipping teams to ensure seamless global delivery. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding parts and price quotes via phone and email.
  
  
• Pick customer-ordered parts from internal inventory.
  
  
• Generate internal orders for parts that are currently out of stock.
  
  
• Coordinate and manage international shipping processes using DHL and FedEx.
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
  
• Verbal and written communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
  
  
• Ability to accurately pick inventory and process order
  
  
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) is highly preferred (A+).
  
  
• Prior experience with international shipping couriers (DHL/FedEx).
