What You’ll Do:
- Supervise stockroom staff, daily workflows, and safety procedures.
- Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counting, auditing, and reconciliation.
- Oversee receiving, kitting, warehousing, and material staging.
- Use ERP/MRP systems and Excel to track transactions and resolve shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams.
- Proven experience in manufacturing inventory management and OEM material flow.
- Clear understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work orders.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management, stockroom operations, and material handling processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and production material requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions, tracking, and reporting.
- Organizational and leadership skills to manage stockroom personnel and workflows.
- Ability to manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and auditing processes.
- Knowledge of receiving, kitting, warehousing, and material staging best practices.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of inventory data and transactions.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production Control, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for inventory analysis and tracking.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and material handling regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing production priorities.
