Responsibilities
- Inspect labels for accuracy, legibility, and regulatory compliance
- Check packaging for defects, broken seals, incorrect dates, and damage
- Verify expiration dates, product codes, and allergen info are properly displayed
- Document inspection results and report any quality issues
- Collaborate with production and packaging teams to correct problems
- Keep the inspection area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow strict food safety and handling guidelines
